Help Rooster is limping.

4 month old Rooster French Black Copper Marans is limping. I don’t see anything wrong with his feet except maybe his feathers are bothering his feet. His eye color seems off too. He is eating and drinking. We also soaked his feet in Epsom salt.

Are both eyes the same? The pic of the foot pad is not in focus. Is there anything on the skin of his feet that looks irritated or are there any lesions? Does he hold up his sore leg or put weight on it? Was he vaccinated for Mareks?
 
I always hate to jump to Mareks as a possibility when a chicken is having limping or eye color change, but just wanted to mention it. Most times there may be an injury or possibly bumblefoot infection as explanations, but vitamin deficiency can be possible. A short video (posted to YouTube with a link posted here) of him walking might be helpful, and a clear picture of the foot would be helpful. Here is an article on Mareks:
