We have this mystery silkie named Darth (I always guessed it was a boy), but my husband and I are starting to wonder. He hasn't started crowing, no wattles (STILL), no red tint to his comb, and I haven't seen him mate any of the girls yet. His brother Chowder has/has done all of these things. And his sister Mildred has wattles, where are Darth's? Which brings us to our question... late bloomer or pullet?
