Alright, here's a pic of the roo. He is small for a roo (maybe a breed thing) and is 5.5 months old. He likes to think he's the boss until one of the other roos (or more dominant hens) look at him cross-eyed...then he shrieks and runs. He crows, but also does the egg call that the hens do.

He has a quirky personality and is just a goof. We love the little guy, but definitely isn't good at his job as a roo (at least not yet). He is so colorful and just a little nutty, so he needs a cool name. It is hard to see in the picture, but the tail feathers are iridescent green and his flight feathers are iridescent blue. BEAUTIFUL!!

He's so pretty and just quirky (in a cute/funny way), so we're ok with him being an extra mouth to feed (since he definitely isn't a protector! ha ha).
