We were in the planning phase of chickens but came across a bin of "assorted pullets" at rural king for $1 each as the lots had been mixed up. Needles to say we took six home. We got two of each color. My best guess is australorp, gold comet and Easter egger? They are all very cuddly and we are having so much fun. I'm trying to determine breed so we can adequately plan coop. Thanks!

Agreed on the Golden Comet and Easter Egger- I'm leaning toward Marans on the black one- looks like some light feathering on her legs.

That's a great deal, and it looks like you got all pullets!
That's great news thank you! Both the black ones do have leg feathers, I just assumed they were not up to breed standard because of the price haha.

Used to be the exact opposite! Marans came at a premium... now there are Midnight Marans that are a hatchery variety that lay darker brown eggs and A LOT of them!

Buck a piece is fantastic...
