Hi! I got 4 chicks and was told they were all girls, but I’m starting to have some doubts. 3 look the same and one looks different, with a much smaller and lighter comb. They are from different moms (all moms EE or americauna) and their dad is a blue Wheaton americauna. The top two pics are one of the three with the bigger, brighter combs and the bottom two pics are the one that looks different. I figure if the top one is a roo, all three are likely tops as they look just alike. Thanks!

That's a tough one. Because of the genetic mix between birds, different mothers, I'm not sure I'd make a decision based on a chick looking different from the others.
My parents were given an adolescent Ameraucana mix "hen" as a companion for their sole survivor hen last fall. The young bird left us in doubt for quite a while, but what tipped us off before he started crowing was his tail started looking much more upright and curved at the top and the feathers at the base of his neck where they met the body were finer and more pointed.
I hope this helps, and your young birds are beautiful!

Here’s the best I could get of the group. One with three and one with all four.
