Our buff laced polish had/has wry neck. My husband put it in basement to see if he could nurse it back to health. It is doing much better....but now the weather is sooo cold....how do we "re-aclimate" it to go back in the coop? The coop has a heater in it....but with this cold weather it is usually around freezing. Am anxious to get "Roxy" out of house after reading that we could have lung problems. Any suggestions...please.

I don't think you will get lung problems from your chicken. Most chicken diseases are not zoonotic. When you send her back outside, I would do it gradually, and depending how long she has been in the house, you may want to wait till warmer weather. Has the wry neck improved? there will be some problems re-integrating if she has been out of the flock for long, so take it slow, and watch them.
