Hen isolatating herself from her 5 hen flock

I’m sorry you’re going through this with her! We love our little poultry princesses over here as well, so I imagine not knowing makes it a bit worse as well. I hope she starts eating again!

Thank you....She DID DRINK WATER THIS EVENING!!! YAY. I watched her all day and 95% of the time she was tucked under a bush in the shade. I tried veggies..corn peas etc and she turned her nose up. But seeing her drink water gives me hope. It's getting close to roosting time. I want to see where she is in the roost order.
Ok.
Lately the 3 RIRs are first up. Cookie the barred rock is in the back. She is the one that seems to be the yard boss but not in the roost.She and Goldie were ALWAYS first up but that has obviously changed. Mildred the Delaware was last tonight and her BFF RIR hangs with other reds now where they grew up sleeping together.
At least Goldie is drinking and roosting normally. She even snapped at Mildred when she got to the top of the ladder!
I hope it's a good sign.
