Hen or Rooster? What breed??

Hi Everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here. I had a broody hen…again…and purchased 6 chicks for her. As usual, she’s an amazing surrogate mother. My question is about 1 chick…black and white chick. They are now 6 weeks old. I was told the breed of this one chick and it was supposed to be a pullet. I’d like to see what you guys/gals think it is. Hen or Roo and the breed???? It has feathered feet as well. Thanks soooo much!!!

Local Feed Store. Supposed to be a sex link pullet. The feathered feet had me confused and now the comb. I didn’t want a rooster…I just gave one away. .

What about the feathers legs? I didn’t even notice the feathers until I got it home at 2 days old.
