Hens Pecking Chick

One of my hens just recently hatched out a chick(only one). The chick is a little over 2 weeks old now so I decided I should bring the chick and the hen to meet the rest of the flock. The other hens in the flock keep pecking at the chicks head, should I do something?

You should probably take the chick out again for a little while, until it is about 1 month old. If they continue the pecking, watch them to make sure they do not hurt the little one, they are probably trying to establish a pecking order on the chick
