I have a Dog, 2 Cats, a Bunny, 2 White Rhode Island Red Mix Roosters, A Silkie, A Hen and her 7 Babies. Do I need more Chickens and Rabbits?

I think the answer to your questions around here is usualy going to be yes! As long as you have the space and resources to care for more, it's difficult to resist adding more birds to a flock!

How long have you had all your animals? How much room do you have?

I've had chickens for about 15 years now, but currently I'm finishing up grad school and I live in an apartment. My parents still have the last of my birds. I've also had horses for about 18 years, but the two we have now are also with my parents.

I want to work in the poultry industry when I graduate, so I'm not sure I'll be able to have birds for a while. However, I have a fondness for pigs, goats and rabbits, and wouldn't mind some of those again some day!
