homemade incubators, i'm talkin big

ok, I've seen several ideas for some small incubators, great ideas by the way. However, I'm wondering if anybody has ever attempted or been successful at handcrafting one of the LARGE bators, like the ones that are about $750 and holds hundreds of eggs? If so, let me know. THAT would be really interesting.
