Homemade Yogurt **Updated** Cheese and Buttermilk

Okay, Miss Prissy, I'll try to cook it more next time. I tried using yesterday's "rubber batch" on homemade pizza last night - it didn't melt, though it did get softer. So we ate some and the rest I gave to the chickens. They wolfed it down. Thanks for the feedback

I just made another batch of yogurt and this time added a glug of vanilla and a half pint of sweet cherries I canned. Juice and all!

MAN!
Good Stuff Maynard!

When you have the best why mess with the rest?

It took me awhile to learn Miss Prissy's method...not her fault..look at my title under my name!....

I used it all up baking for Christmas.

I went through almost a quart by myself yesterday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yum yum.

Now you know I am talking about almond extract and not Amaretto?

Although to tell the truth...I put some Amaretto in my strawberries when I make a strawberry pie in summer on a bed of cream cheese.
