Homemade Yogurt **Updated** Cheese and Buttermilk

Ok, here is what I did last.

I made the yogurt and didn't add powdered milk. I added about 1/3 cup sugar and nothing else. It was on the thin side and I got some fresh Oregon strawberries from the farm up the road and poured the thin yogurt over them like Strawberries and Cream.
HEAVEN!
 
When this thread says "updated," does that mean on the first page? I'm trying to keep up, but I don't want to look through 70 pages. I saw where another thread was locked for brevity at 30 pages, but this one just gets longer and longer!

I have made kefir for years, using "kernels" I got eons ago (they reproduce), but I'm just getting started with making soft and hard cheeses.
 
There are recipes all through this thread. Something is always being added. Please add your kefir recipe to share with the class.

We are trying to pull out the recipes for the index.
