How many chickens does everyone have?

I have 11 chickens! 9 hens 1 rooster and hopefully 1 pullet! I have given away 4 roosters though!

22 more due to hatch around April 1st. Most of these I'll be looking to sell as culls out of my breeding program.

Did you consider selling the eggs? My dad sells ours to his coworkers and we have a surprising number of orders, much more than we can keep up with!

We live in a remote area, also have someone further down the road trying to sell eggs and I won't slit his throat as we are the first house on a one way in road. He sells eggs and I plan on selling honey no toes are stepped on. Four hens will keep family and us with enough.

I only have nine hens and I'm still swamped with eggs. I give at least two dozen away per week.
