Why couldn't you use a soaker garden hose?How about a shower with a mister head hooked up to a garden hose?You will probably have to set up a preventative meds schedule as water will cause bacteria and this is not good for peafowl.

Could it really be any worse than the birds in the South that grow algae on them during the summer? Water cooling the air is one thing, soaking your bird is quite another.

@KsKingBee , I should have asked, is it humid there? I'm wondering if you think this kind of system is effective for cooling in a humid place where there is already a lot of moisture in the air?

I don't use the system very often, perhaps if I lived in the desert SW I would need it more.
