Huge swollen feet - not bumblefoot?

Hi - been away but got a very important question for you:

one of my Guinea hens has huge, swollen feet - both feet - just saw it....

soaked in betadine water and was ready to bandage but I did not see any cuts! I saw one small cut maybe on top of one nail on one foot, but I don't think that is the cause of this. The feet felt firm and not hot but super-swollen. She gets around but is showing distress/handicap from the feet, I think.

Could it be cancer?

What could it be and how could I help the poor girl?

I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.

Please get pictures of the feet while standing, and of the foot pads on the bottom. It could be gout, a bacterial or viral arthritis, or bumblefoot.
