I Have Some Questions On A Bucket Waterer With Nipples.......

Hello BYC, I have some questions for you....
I am considering making a bucket with 4 nipples (Look at the picture below) and I'm not sure if my birds will know what to do with it.... Will they automatically go to pecking at it and figuring out that there's water in there, or is there some way that I could help encourage them to peck at the nipples?

One will find a nipple and peck it. It will be water and drinking will ensue. They others will come to see what all the commotion is all about. Then you remove the other source of water.
