So I finally got up the guts to call this feed store that I bought my duckies from (I'm pretty non-confrontational so I did good) and told the guy that the "pekins" he sold me WERENT pekins. Just to let him know, not to be mean or ask for a refund or anything stupid like that.
And he tells me "oh well you ended up with some great ducks" (which I agreed with) and then he says "yeah I just ordered a random bunch from a hatchery and thought I had some pekins in there, musta told you the wrong thing, oops... I ordered like 40 random straight run ducklings"

Yeah... oops buddy... I told him I still love them no matter what so everything's good. The owner of this feed store is a very... lets say eclectic sweet old man, so I think it was an honest mistake. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself...
