Here they are!! My very first go at incubating anything!!!

I had a question, our eggs went on lockdown while I was at work, and I sent a text to my bf to remind him to turn off rotation, he forgot to however, (he does have the excuse of actual brain damage so memory issues) so they rotated an extra day without me know. Is that going to hinder their hatchability at all?

Yes. It's really a catch-all term, not really a diagnosis in and of itself. It occurs in every avian species and mammalian species that I've worked with.
