How would you be able to sex the male chicks before they hatch to turn it into Balut?

Actually there's a machine that can see feathers in the egg at a certain age. France is making it mandatory for sex link egg layers at hatcheries.

Impressive, one of my head project(as in it only resides on my head for the moment) is to be able to sex eggs before any of them turn into embryos. White Leghorns are the best breed to go about it. There was a study that confirms this, they based on the Egg Shape Index.

@Kiki did some research on balut.
She bought some duck eggs at a store marked balut and found out they were partially developed and alive. . Right before she went to fry them ... she hatched them instead

I named the first duck that hatched Street Food.
