On Mobile, I have to go to my profile and switch to desktop version ON THE MOBILE. It's a pain, but it lets me post photos. Then I go back and change it back to Mobile. It's super easy to change to desktop when on mobile, but it takes me 15 minutes to figure out how to change it back to Mobile. So, be careful!

Should be a button all the way at the bottom of the webpage.

I am always on this phone and on cellular. It started just after I posted the birthday image for HS.
