I went outside the other day to feed my little feathered friends and as they were running towards me I noticed that my 1 year old Lakenvelder hen had a very bad limp. So naturally I scooped her up to check her leg out and turned out that something had tried to drag her by her leg but she had gotten away from it. It didn't appear to be infected when I first had found her and she didn't seem to be have much trouble getting around so I decided that I would just check up on her every day unless it got worse. This morning she came up on to my back porch looking for a little cat food treat and I was checking her leg and it was very hot and seemed a little oozy in places and now I'm going to set up something inside for her to stay in but I'm not sure how to make the swelling go down and I was looking for some help I will post a few pictures of her leg. Please help
