Injured chick

Hi everyone,
We just got a set of chicks on Saturday from a local place and got them all set up at home. However, we noticed this chick was getting trampled on and seemed to struggle to walk. We put her off in her own area but she still seems to hobble around. Any ideas on how I can help her?

Do her toes stay curled when she tries to walk?

No. I just checked and they are flat. It seems she uses her wing to steady herself.
