I have 5 eggs from a neighbor that my broody hatched 5 weeks ago. Looking for help deciding if he is a he or a she. Not sure of the breeds here. I have one with dark legs, 3 with feathered legs, 1 with no comb, all are dark with some white coming in. Lily has done a great job raising them, she does not let me pick them up. These are the best shots I have of the little rascals.

can you get a close-up of the back of the neck?

Agree with Alleyschicks. Is the bird in pics 7 and 9 the same one? Is the bird in picture 3 one of the two birds in the first two pictures? I'm a little confused.
They are so difficult to get shots of. They keep running back and forth. I will do my best to take some better shots and repost one of each chic.

My opinions:
Photo 1 &2: 2 cockerels.
Photo 3: 1 pullet.
Photo 4 & 5: cockerels.
Photo 6: pullet.
Photo 7: cockerel.
Photo 8: Pullet.
