You'll be able to tell better when his big hackle and saddle feathers come in.

His legs should be slate/gray. They look green in this picture. If there is any yellow on the bottom of his foot he is a mixed breed (EE). He probably still carries the blue egg gene since he has a pea comb (which seems to be genetically linked *most times*) and beard.
