tried looking down her throat can’t really see anything, maybe some little white hair looking things on the back on her tongue ?

It is probably just grain that got stuck in her mouth somehow. I would check again tomorrow or the next day, but it doesn't sound like canker.

It looks like pus, I got some off with a Q-tip. She’s having troubles eating so it’s bothering her. Wondering what I should do. It’s been there a few days.

The piece on the Q-tip is what I was able to gently swab off. The rest is still attached to her mouth. I didn’t want to scrub it too hard but it didn’t want to come off

Could be an injury from foraging or her normal behavior. Harder to treat in mouth... oral systemic broad spectrum antibiotic would be the go to.
