Is this actually a true Ameraucana ?

I have no intentions of buying, just curious. He is nearly identical to my own Black Beard(RIP) who was a EE. Looks like the posted rooster has green legs, isn't that a sign of a EE. Don't pure bred Ameraucanas have slate or yellow legs?

I thought so! lol. I am getting some Ameraucanas from Hodges Farms in Feb. I am so excited. I loved my EE(RIP), but I am excited to have the real thing this time.

Funny how she went so much as to say how he could be bred, when he isn't even real. Asking $30 too. Yikes.

That's a real Ameraucana, and one with very nice coloring for a Wheaten! Normally Wheatens have a very distasteful (to me) white coloration in the beard. His is solid black.

as Im unfamiliar with Wheaten's I looked real quick and it looked like one of my EE males-didnt even look at the legs to be honest -so I assumed it was an EE
