Is there someplace that you can buy like a mystery box of hens or poultry? And have a random assortment of poultry or hens sent to you?

Even better yet, is there someplace online that you can sign up for a membership and be sent poultry of the month or chickens of the month?

There are tons of hatcheries that have assortments.
Meyers
Cackle
Ideal
Mypetchicken

Those are the bigger ones.
This time of year many are offering specials too.
I would choose one as close to me as possible so they spent the smallest amount of time in shipping.

Ideal and cackle have surprise boxes. Others may as well. Ideal also has very good deals under their "advertised specials" that change weekly.

The other concept would not be cost effective, unless you want 15-25 chicks each month or want to spend a lot of money to be sent small batches or juveniles. If chicks, that means you'd be constantly brooding and integrating and that might get old.

I'm pretty sure every hatchery has assortments.
And if you want to do tbe poultry of tbe month then just call them and tell them you want an assorment box once a month every month.
Hatcheries want to sell chicks and if you want to buy them they are more than willing to work with you.
