Is this coop a good find?

I'd like to check it out in or right after a rain storm (for potential leaks) before I committed myself to buying it. You yourself raise a very good point....disinfection. I would like to know what was raised in it beforehand, when (how long ago) and if there were ever any problems. After thoroughly cleaning, I use 5% bleach for disinfection and wait until everything is thoroughly dry and aired out. If I understand you right, the total coop space is 32 square feet, which is enough for 8 heavy breeds or 10 light-weight breeds/bantams. I know you said you're building a run, but I like plenty of indoor space as well. If you have prolonged periods of foul weather, your birds will want to be inside more.
