Is this cross/scissor beak??

Its not scissor beak she somehow broke it off...and it will not grow back, had a maran that did that it never grew back

If she can eat and drink I think she will be fine but I am not a profesional. I have a duck who has a triangle shape cut out of his beak and he can eat drink and even mate just fine
