Is this the beginning of angel wing?

Hi all. I have a 5 week old Blue Swedish who has some wing feathers that appear to be sprawling outward. Is this angel wing? I haven't had a duck with angel wing before so I'm not really sure if it is angel wing or just abnormal feather growth. Whatever it is, it seems to be more noticeable in the water.

Sure looks like it is angel wing so get this wrapped asap and she'll be good to go probably in a week or less.

My 4-5 week old black swedish are developing the same issue, on the left side! I've never dealt with this before. @Poultry Whisperer how did you wrap it and how is it going? I don't want them to be deformed for life!

If anyone has any experience, can you share with me whether I should try again to wrap my duck? I kept her in a stretchy sock off and on for a couple days and that helped the wing to lie flat, but she's got very droopy wings - her partner who had a lesser angel wing, is completely normal now and I can't even see her quills. This girl keeps pulling her wings up, but then they do mostly hang down low. Will she eventually strengthen to hold them up, or should I wrap her again to see if I can help?
