I'm pretty sure that what you describe in the rest of your post are not lash eggs?I’m going to assume you know what a lash egg is right? Sometimes my hens will lay for better lack of terminology heavy bottom eggs where one end only is rough and more calcium is deposited thicker I guess would be right. It seems to be part of her cycle. She’ll lay one or two in a row right before she takes a day off.
They get a bit smaller too. I’ve learned not to worry because it’s just how this particular hen is.

Eh...a bit of funky shell, nothing to worry about...some birds will lay the wrinkles all the time.
She should be ramping down production about now to molt, you can get some funky eggs around molting time. Not all birds molt at the same time or in the same way.
That assumes you are in the northern hemisphere...so...
