It's green!

My EE layed a strange beige egg the other day, but today I found this green one under a juniper shrub. Why does this make me so happy?

My husband is laughing because I keep going over to admire the egg. He asked if I was going to put it under my pillow tonight.

Our EE's just starting laying this week, too. I posted photos on FB and sent pics to my truck driver DH who was on the road.

Well I have to say I'm Green with envy (get it). My first EE just started laying, she has layed maybe 4 eggs and they are as brown as brown can be. I love Lulu, but this does make me sad.
