And what a lovely "crop" it has produced!!!

Top row, left hand corner: Since I'm so new to all of this and haven't had a chance to familiarize myself with all of the breeds, could someone please tell me what that is? Gorgeous bird!!! Would love to add such to the flock if I only knew what he/she is!

Oh wow they really look the same. But mss Moneypenny as she's called is a breed Wyandotte. If you look at the legcolor SS are more grey I believe.

Would I be correct in making the assumption that she's a Sussex? Fat? She doesn't look fat to me! Just darn well fed and happy!!

I'd sure love to add this breed to my flock. If that is the typical coloration of a Sussex, they'd blend in beautifully here. They'd look just like a rock. A great asset against hawk attack when you're a free range bird!!
