What's your experience with lavender Orpington breeders? Whose putting out show quality birds?
Please no big hatcheries.

I'd like to buy some eggs to incubate now, but having a hard time finding any available. I'll probably have to wait till spring. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Hi Jayme. I have learned much about shipping eggs across state lines since I responded to this post. You have to be versed in the rules for each state and have multiple certifications so I only do in-state local pickup of eggs and chicks. Someone should be able to help you out in Indiana. Check out the facebook group below. Post what you are looking for and where you are located. Chances are you have someone within driving distance that can help you out.
