Barring any HOA stips...it appears to me that chickens are legal in Moore...see ARTICLE A ANIMAL REGULATIONS;

Check zoning...its VERY vague...Ag to RE (residential estates) zoning allows for raising of animals for personal use...however dogs and cats fall under the description for animals and are not banned in any other zoning...sooooo...the city animal ordinance takes over where zoning is vague...thats my take. Its sad that if somebody wants a small coop thye have to hire a lawyer just to interp the city ord's...
