Lethargic chicken

Chicken is lethargic comb turning bluish and she has a white pastey butt. Is is mites? She still eats some and is not bloated feathers seem intact. Any ideas? I gave her a bath and examined her for mites no sign of mites. She seems 10% better this AM. I think she may have an internal illness-liver or something else equally as life-threatning. Anyone else got ideas?

I am new to chickens myself so do a lot of web-surfing for answers. You have to be careful about the reliability and accuracy of some sources. This one seems to be okay. It's frustrating to post a problem and receive no responses! Keep checking your post, the "experts" have much more knowledge and expertise than I do!
