Sure does look like two. I think usually you are lucky to get one to hatch, but I guess you might as well give it a shot!

I wondered that myself, but I didn't clean it. I left it. I wouldn't "clean" the whole bator, but if you get the chance to scoop up the poop real quick, I wouldn't blame you... just cause its gross... lol
