Great pictures! I just put some deer netting from the top of the chicken shed roof(over door) to the fence.Hope that will keep the hawk from flying in the shed/coop.

I'm suprised you caught her! Crows and Hawks are smart. The will sit and study how a chicken gets into the coop, then they know how.
Inside would freak me out!!! Let me know what you do to solve this problem.
