Lost A Hen Yesterday!

Unfortunatly the reality of free ranging is birds will get killed. I decided the risk outweighed the gain so now my birds are in a covered run.

They are in the quonset and come and go as they please but have no enclosed wire run for them, which I desperately need if I want to keep enjoying those beautiful brown eggs!!

No I didn't. Still have the 4 hens and two roosters... thank you, God! I think the dog saved them from being swooped up.
