Lump on chicken's face under eye *UPDATED with picture*

I know this is old but I can say with confidence that the pictures of the barred rock with the larger lump is a cancerous tumor. We are dealing with the same exact issue right now. Just had one even larger removed from ours, sent to pathology and is cancerous. It unfortunately will most likely come back and or spread after removal.
