Made my own duck diaper *directions added*

Thats really great and well explained too. Im going to make one for my hen, I've brought her in because its soooo cold outside, and she sometimes comes in the house anyway so now she can wander about indoors more freely. Thanks for sharing that 👌

Well, I didn't tie it tight enough so it slipped off to the side but tightened it a bit and so far so good. I went to the $1 store here and got 3 pair of kids socks for a buck so I figured it was worth a shot.

and in the sock you cut hole for her legs? it is very cute again great idea, I am now on the 5th diaper harness for my duckling. that get pretty expensive, but I don't think I could find a sock that would work as big as he is now..

I actually cut it down the middle of the top and cut out some for the legs. so its kind of like a T on the top leading down to the toe portion. If that makes sense.

I'm glad you rescued this duckling.

I saw the ad a while back but I can't take any more ducks in. It's good to know she has a better home.

Oh gosh that is so cute I almost couldn't stop laughing. Good idea and the colors are nice. I think my mom and I are going to try and figure out this whole bird diaper thing. I got some diapers for my Silkie but they really stress him out and he seems uncomfortable and keeps getting his feet stuck inside the belly part. I am thinking polar fleece or something else with a stretch would be better. Maybe bathing suit material?

What a great idea, did the diaper work? where's featherfinder? she needs to see this for her little muscovy.

Found it! I might have to steal this idea from you lol. I seem not to be able to order gizmo a diaper that fits
