Maturity Question

Will pullets have completely finished growing in frame size (not counting fat/muscle weight) by the time they start laying?

For example my silver laced wyandotte could start laying in about 4ish weeks. Will she be as tall and as long as she's gonna get by about that time?

They definitely continue growing width wise after that, up to around 2 yrs of age. Not sure about height and length though...

Yea........I figured circumference at least would always fluctuate!!

I want to say they'll continue getting a bit taller and longer even after point of lay, but I admit I get distracted by the widening, fluffening badonkadonks.

Maybe its because I see them every day, but it feels like they aren't growing fast enough. Its making me feel like I got bantams swapped out for standards!

Any growth past POL is very slow (especially considering how quickly they grow as babies)... you'd probably need time lapse photos to actually compare accurately!
