Midget white turkeys? any good sources?

Although I'm not ready to own turkeys, I've been looking around also.

Looks like McMurray Hatchery has Midget Whites. It looks like they start selling in April.

In all honesty, I haven't seen any real Midget Whites come out of the big hatcheries. They all grow up too big, so are probably a mix.

I have some Midget White hens that are smaller then my Orpington hens I got them from a hatchery.. however in the 12 I ordered I also got white Hollands and Standard whites etc.. and only ordered MW.. so.. ya.. its an expensive gamble.

Sands Poultry has Midget Whites. You might check his website -- I think he's in N.C.

It is 'S and S Poultry" http://www.sandspoultry.com/turkeys.htm I am waiting to hear from them about buying some Midget White eggs. They sell them on Ebay also.

Wow haven't been to BYC in awhile and things look different. We are getting limited numbers of Midget eggs now as long as the weather isn't to cold we can ship eggs. Our computer crashed so if you haven't heard back from us please resend.

Sandhill Preservation in Iowa has Midget White. I don't know anything about their quality though.

ETA: DOH! I see they're sold out for 2012

@ pawtraiart where abouts in Idaho are you. I am in eastern Oregon and have been looking for midget whites. Will you have any poults or is it strictly eggs?
