MISSOURI ! ! !

Hello,
welcome-byc.gif
and welcome to Missouri!
There's a big thread dedicated to Missouri here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/73271/calling-any-one-from-missouri
I would also suggest you go see the Chicken Swap of Missouri Facebook group here: http://www.facebook.com/groups/225021300913860/

I live in elsberry it's an hour north of st. Louis on the Mississippi river. My wife and I raise salmon favorelles , Cornish cross, bourbon red turkeys and have 2 ducks

I live just outside of Parkville, Mo. Close to KCI airport. I'm wanting to get some chickens but I don't know if its legal in my area. I live in unincorporated Platte County. Technically I don't fall into a city or town. I use Parkville or Kansas City as a mailing address but I pay taxes as a resident of unincorporated Platte county. Ive tried finding the ordinances online but couldn't come up with an answer. I was just going to see if anyone on here might know. I plan on calling the county courthouse on Monday to ask them.

Just joined BYC five minutes ago!

Thanks,

Randy

Anybody from the Independence/Liberty area?
I am right outside of Claycomo, in KC.

A fellow reenactor out of the Perryville CW reenactment sending out notices to anyone living in or surrounding areas of Perryville, MO to PLEASE find the original Springfield rifle in the corn field. They lost it Sunday (October 7th) in the corn during their skirmishes.

Please contact me and I will let them know what the next steps so the rifle can be returned to the rightful owner.

Thanks!
