Mixed Breed Ducks!

dark khaki campbell x rouen, sadly he passed away but was one of the best ducks i’ve ever had (he loved to cuddle, go on walks, and loved his brothers and sisters)

Welsh or welsh/Khaki cross? My Welsh did not have facial stripes but her offspring with my Khaki drake did.

I assume he’s full Welsh. We got him from the local hatchery that sells by breed. I wonder if ducklings show more markers of the mother than they do of the father.

We’ve since found out that the dark brown one from the first clutch is a Welsh/Khaki and the black one is a Welsh/Cayuga (definitely black with green feathers coming in). We also finally cleaned out the hatching nest from the second clutch (she hadn’t been using it for some time) and found 2 more black ducklings .

So... short story gone super long. I think my Cayuga’s babies are:
Grey or Black-Welsh/Cayuga- thinking females are grey and males are black
Yellow-Buff/Cayuga
Copper/Brown- Buff/Khaki - could be Welsh/Khaki, but they’re not near as dark as the one from the first clutch

They’re so beautiful! Do you know what Cayuga mix they are?

Cayuga/Rouen, they have the eye stripe and the white band on their wings

Here are our Welsh/Khaki and Buff/Khaki ducklings. The Welsh ones have the eye stripe! So cool, not even our drake daddy had that.

I have 9 siblings! The mom is a Buff Orpington and the dad is a Pekin. This is what they look like. I have no clue which are female and which are male. Any help appreciated. I got them at 6 weeks. They are 8 weeks now. They are loud when they are quacking but they're are so many i can't tell who sounds like what!! Some sound like a squeek others sound like a quack. Some sound like deep quacks. Any expertise welcome! I love them all they are so fun!! They play in the water, the sprinkler, try to fly around. I think they just do it to run faster . I enjoy them so much just wish I knew how mamy of each set I have. I don't know whether to go with the beak color or what???
