Muddy run

Hi guys, I was just reading up on another thread here regarding flooded runs and/or coops

My garden is pretty wet thanks to two days of rain. Not heavy, not constant, and I was just watching them scratching about and doing their thing, will they be ok and free of bumblefoot or should I limit how much they're out? Like I said the ground is by no means sodden, and the coop is dry as a bone, thoughts would be appreciated

In my book they will be fine. Now if you have a brood hen who is dragging a clutch of young biddies through a swamp that is another matter.

I rather not answer your question, cause my chicks constantly walk in watery grass because of irrigation system is running, nver got a feet problem. but better wait for a more expert advice

Yeah there is still a lot of grass for them to run through at the moment so I'm hoping that keeps them clean etc

Nah no broody. They're quite safe!
