Muscovys, first time processing

It's time to process the first of my muscovy ducks. First time butchering. Any tips?

I'll try to set up a cone. Or find another way to avoid too much flapping. I'm leaning towards chopping the head rather than bleeding out first.

On YouTube I saw a man shoot his Muscovy drakes in the head. Maybe if you could catch them at night and tie their feet so you don't have to worry about the claws if you are going to kill them like chickens.
