My cat has a mystery illness

A cat vomiting that much is NOT normal. Definitely second getting x-rays and/or ultrasound. There's lots of things that can cause cats to vomit, but that level of vomiting is very concerning. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing but if not, it's better to get it taken care of sooner rather than let it progress.

She is still puking but back to normal levels. Instead she is now peeing on things again...

May have triggered cystitis or something from all the vomiting, that's pretty stressful for a kitty! Would be worth at least calling your vet and asking about, at least for some more anti-nausea care.

My guess is that it is a hairball or mat actually. If that is the case, it will probably not show up on an Xray. I think the only option here is surgery.

I will call the vet tomorrow and see if we can try again to get a urine sample. I'm wondering if she has another UTI. She has had them before
