Ive been giving her water with electrolyte drops in it. Her abdomen feels squishy.

Squishy is okay, hard or distended/fluid filled is not.

I would focus on hydration, inspect her poop and feel her crop first thing in the morning to make sure it’s empty.

You can give her a calcium supplement if you’re concerned she is having egg related troubles. A human calcium + vitamin D and K is good, and antacids like tums can also work in a pinch.
